I have a program to convert standard Mac text files on a PC to DOS text
files. Where there is no DOS equivalent to a Mac character, entity names
are used.

The program can be found at our ftp server nora.hd.uib.no in
pub/pc as mac2dos.exe (URL: ftp://nora.hd.uib.no/pub/pc).
